Custom cookie designs are our specialty! Custom cookies take time and there is limited availability for orders each week. Please allow AT LEAST two weeks' notice for all orders. The more time, the better! In the event of a RUSH order (an order with less than two weeks' notice) and IF we have availability, there may be an additional RUSH FEE of 25% added to your order. Please submit the request form below and we will contact you shortly to confirm availability.
Our minimum order is 1 dozen regular-sized cookies or 2 dozen minis. Please see the Pricing tab for pricing info.
Your order is not placed until all details are worked out and a non-refundable 50% deposit OR full payment is received. We currently accept payment by Paypal or Venmo or you can come into the shop and pay cash. You can pay by Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account using your bank, debit or credit card. If less than the full amount of your order is paid, the remainder will be due no later than two weeks prior to your order date. After your order is confirmed, we will send a Paypal invoice to the email you provided within 48 hours. Please pay promptly.
